Step 1) Get the latest patch. For first time Patreons, you can get it at your Patreon channel (just check the previous posts). For existing Patreons, just patch yours to latest.
Step 2) Login (using the account you intended to be tied your Patreon Package. Accounts that can be tied varies per tier, read more about it here at https://www.patreon.com/posts/patreon-tier-9830939). Upon log-in, a pop-up will appear. This contains your account ID and where to send it. Take note of it.
Step 3) Email the requested info (account ID & email you used to register on Patreon) to gardosen@gmx.de with the subject name “Patreon Access”
Afterwards, just wait for Gardosen to have it verified 😀
